In the STAR (Sustainable travellers a guide to environmental, touristic sustainability) project, the partners produced a guide for tourism businesses to help them become sustainable and apply circular economy practices and digital tools, taking advantage of tourism, through an inclusive approach and cross-sectoral collaboration.

The project aims to create practical training materials and outcomes that will help adults, adult educators and SMEs in the tourism sector to adopt sustainable tourism principles and practices.
